For customers who are evaluating a property purchase such as a house, pool-villa, mansion, apartment building, resort, hotel, condominium, penthouse, land or commercial property we offer our property valuation services to give you peace of mind before final purchase decision.

We inspect your property and provide you with a structured report on construction and installation quality based on actual onsite findings. Our property valuation report comprises photo and text summaries of issues that need extra attention and possible extra investment in the near future.

Your benefit is knowing possible extra cost before making a decision.

The following is an example for a pool-villa valuation.

 

HOUSE / BUILDINGS

  • Roof: structure, cover, insulation, canopy, gutter, drainage, defects and leaks
  • Walls: finishing, insulation, painting, cracks

  • Floors: cover, finishing, cracks
  • Ceilings: cover, painting, cracks

  • Our team will only inspect and report defects & sub-standards that are visible and accessible without opening / damaging roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, etc.
  • ACI general business terms and disclaimer enclosed apply. Damage, omissions and oversight can occur.
  • ACI cannot be held liable for any damage or repercussion of the customer ordered valuation.

 

  • Findings and report are final. 2nd inspection and checking or added scope are matter to new customer order and separate charges.
  • Value conclusions are budget estimates where possible. Detail quotations if requested are matter to separate order and matter to extra cost / charges.
  • Our property valuation report will be sent by email in PDF format comprising text and photo references.
  • The report will be sent to the customer who orders / authorizes the property valuation (property owner) as well as to the customer who pays for the valuation (e.g. potential property buyer).

Quotation request & property valuation order

  • by the property owner (for authorization)
  • can be paid by another party, e.g. the potential buyer
  • to be signed by all parties (e.g. owner, buyer)
  • Our quotation is calculated upon property size, anticipated valuation scope, location, travel, inspection and reporting time requirements
  • Your order is payable in advance upon quotation acceptance and order confirmation
